What We Offer
We built a mutual-help based mobility social network. You can help each other along the ways via various service channels created by H. You will explore the posts and requests around you or along your routes, and 'lend your hands' when you can. On the other hand, you can ask for helps and let people know about your willingness to reward them. H will filter the information and services that you are interested in, and provide you with a personalised urban mobility experience according to your preference. The next step is to involve the local service vendors into the landscape, to make better use of the idle resources and promote climate-neutral mobility styles.
Our goal is to ensure supportive and meaningful interactions between you and the others along the ways of daily commuting and transporting. You will enjoy the sustainable, personalised, and pleasant journeys brought by the new technologies.
Share a Ride
This use case is designed for you who like to share a ride with others.
You may be a car-driver who is willing to pick up someone along your driving route, and drop them off at the consented location. You can either scan and respond to somebody's 'request' post, or publish an 'offer' post proactively.
You may be a 'hitchhiker' who wants to be picked up and share the car-rides with the drivers at their convenience. You can either post a 'request' via the H platform, or just simply use our explorer to see who is offering a ride.
The main feature is to allow citizens to support each other with exiting tools and capability, at the same time, reduce the overall carbon footprint of using cars.
'On the way' Delivery
This use case takes care of items that need to be picked up and delivered to the appointed locations or people.
You may be on your daily routines, or plan to go somewhere for an errand. You are willing to make your mobility tempo a bit different by helping others with 'on the way' delivery. You could explore in the H platform to respond to the ones who need help, or you could raise up your hand via publishing an announcement.
You may need to pick up something from a friend today, but could not squeeze your schedule. You can ask for help via the H platform by creating a post, or just search for a helper among the existing announcements.
The main feature of this function is to make people's mobility rhythm meaningful and pleasant by helping others get things done.
Share idle items
This function is designed to maximise the usage of the idle resources.
You may have some spare tools, equipment or even space that could be lent out. You can take some photos of the items and post them in the H platform. Sometimes, you may directly contact the publisher if it is asking around an item that you can lend.
You may need to use some items once in a while, but do not feel like to buy / own them. In this case, you could send out a 'borrow request', or look for them within the published posts of 'lending idle items'.
Perfectly matched service vendors
You are empowered by an interoperable APP, H platform. This function allows you to access to more professional services from the local vendors. As a local vendor, you will get deeper customer insights and accurate user flow, with the support of H platform.
With the addition of the local service vendors into the ecosystem, H helps the citizens make better use of the idle resources, services and climate-neutral transportation tools in a larger scale.
